Endira earns nothing but your fee. No build margin, no design fees, no referral income from trades or suppliers. We don’t build, we don’t design, and we don’t hold trade contracts, so there is no one whose interests we have to weigh against yours.
When we act as contract administrator, the same independence is what makes our certification impartial: we have no stake in the number.
