Endira Projects is an independent development and construction consultancy, led by a principal who spent fifteen years inside the developer.
We come from inside the developer.
Fifteen years at the senior levels of residential development in the UK — across some of London’s most complex, high-value, and design-led schemes — gave us a precise understanding of what owners need, what goes wrong when they don’t have it, and what it takes to build the conditions for a project to succeed.
That is why we work the way we do. The discipline to hold a programme, manage risk and make decisions before they become problems. The judgement to understand what you are actually trying to achieve, and to protect it when the pressure is on. And nothing to gain from your project except the fee you pay us.
We measure success by the relationships that outlast the project. When a client comes back, or sends someone they trust, the work has spoken for itself.

Crystal spent fifteen years inside the most disciplined residential developers in the UK. She started as a Design Manager at Midgard, moved to Berkeley Group as Design & Technical Manager on St. George South London — Berkeley's prime regeneration arm — and then spent five years at Crest Nicholson plc, ending as Senior Technical Manager and Head of Technical Operations. She has run technical delivery from the developer’s side of the table: the side you are on.
From 2019 she ran D2 Projects, providing client-side development management on residential and mixed-use schemes between £25 million and £200 million. In parallel she held a Technical Director consultancy contract at L&Q — one of the UK's largest housing associations — advising senior leadership on programme, cost and technical strategy across complex project portfolios.
She moved to Canmore in 2024 and founded Endira Projects in 2026 to bring that discipline to Bow Valley developers, particularly those running projects from out of town. She lives here permanently with her family.

Crystal is enrolled as a Gold Seal Intern with the Canadian Construction Association and is working towards Gold Seal Certified — Owner's Construction Manager. She is a member of BILD Calgary Region and BOWDA.
Crystal is the principal on every Endira engagement. The person whose CV you have just read is the person who will be on your site, in your meetings, and on the cover of your monthly report.
